Under this mountain of spinach (photo) is 2 biscuits and 2 eggs along with fresh tomatoes, artichoke hearts, and a splash of balsamic vinegar. Much like the presentation the biscuits aren't the front and center star of the show; they're surprisingly light and fluffy and only help accent the vegetables, balsamic vinegar, and hollandaise sauce. We ordered the spring formal Benny and mountain man both are reasonably priced and despite the large portion size are delicious but light. Some constructive criticism: seating is sparse really not sure much can be done about that as the restaurant has done it's best to provide ample seating. Table side water might be helpful as when the restaurant is busy one needs to go to the pay counter to refill which can be cumbersome additionally staff doesn't do table service. Wonderful experience I'll likely be back to try the chicken and waffles or fruit waffle.

With a name like Atomic Biscuit- ya gotta try it! Busy with a great patio area. We had the skillet and just a plain biscuit. They have a “jam bar” with homemade jams that are out of this world. Gluten free options, wanted to try the mimosa, but a little early for that! We will definitely be back!

If you are a biscuit lover, you’ll absolutely love atomic biscuit. There’s so many options from sweet to savory. I highly recommend gone southern it’s a chicken biscuit with pimento cheese, scrambled egg, and smothered and gravy. The French toast is also made out of a biscuit and it’s a must try. They have a jelly bar and I recommend putting it on everything. Indoor or outdoor seating the staff is very friendly you place your order inside and pick a table and the staff will bring you your food. I will definitely be going back there.

I’m surprised reading some of the other reviews. I thought this place was a real gem. I would definitely recommend the filthy animal. Ton of flavor in every ingredient. Enough biscuit left over to partake of the jam bar. Just the right amount of filling..... didn’t leave me feeling stuffed. We also ordered the keeping it classy. Very basic and tasty. Again, enough extra biscuit to load up with some of their tasty jam. The biscuit is the star of the show here. They are light and fluffy and just delightful. The service was great, and the staff were very friendly. The only knock on the atmosphere is that this place is pretty small. It gets crowded in there so it becomes quite loud. Not a lot of room to move around for the staff who is bringing the food to your table. Feels a little chaotic, but not enough to detract from how great the food was.

My friend and I went to this amazing breakfast/brunch restaurant and had nothing but amazing service! We were greeted with massive smiles and warm welcomes! When we asked about the entrees themselves, they told us their favorites and helped us look for exactly what we were craving. The owner Jen checked on us and she was the most genuine person we had met on this trip so far. They have a jam bar to top your biscuits with that heightened the flavors of the soft and fluffy biscuits. Overall, amazing breakfast spot, definitely coming back for some of those tasty looking mimosas!

Absolutely delicious! We got the mountain man biscuits and gravy and the strawberry Belgian waffle. It was all seasoned beautifully and was some of the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had! The service was great and the coffee was also delicious! The jams were all wonderful as well. Will definitely be returning.
